Incognito Fire & Security is a trading name of INCOGNITO GROUP LTD.

We keep cookies to a minimum. We use strictly necessary cookies, a small amount of browser local storage and, only when allowed on the website, Google Analytics plus first-party conversion measurement. We do not currently use advertising cookies, affiliate click tracking or third-party advertising scripts, and we do not sell personal data.

• Authentication cookies (set by Supabase, e.g.sb-*) — keep you securely signed in. Strictly necessary.
• Preference storage — your theme and consent choices, plus a versioned country, language, jurisdiction and unit preference. The international preference is mirrored in a first-party cookie so the server can render the correct language and direction on the first response. It is not an authorisation control and is not used to force a permanent market from your IP address.
• Google Analytics — page-view and event measurement used to understand which public pages are being visited and where the website needs improvement. Google may set analytics cookies such as _ga.
• First-party conversion measurement — random visitor and browser-session identifiers used to measure steps such as pricing, signup, activation and checkout. The server replaces them with one-way pseudonymous hashes. Searches, AI prompts, report content, site details, names and email addresses are not sent to this event collector.

Authentication cookies are required for the app to function. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. Website and native-app analytics are off until you allow them. You can change your choice at any time; rejecting clears Incognito's analytics identifiers from browser storage and stops future events.

Clearly labelled, first-party sponsor information may appear on free public website pages without using cookies or tracking. If we later introduce advertising cookies, affiliate click measurement, pixels or another non-essential commercial technology, it will remain off until you make a separate, informed choice. Allowing ordinary analytics does not mean allowing advertising measurement.

The public support page does not load a Stripe script, payment frame or tracking pixel when it opens. If you actively choose an amount, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted checkout, where Stripe uses the technologies needed to process and secure the payment under its own cookie and privacy notices. Optional Incognito analytics remains governed by your separate analytics choice.
