Changelog
Platform updates, new manufacturers, fault database expansions and product improvements.
v1.3.0 — AI confidence scoring, fault code field, admin panel
The AI assistant now accepts a dedicated fault code field alongside manufacturer and panel model, and labels every likely cause with [High / Medium / Low confidence]. Structured troubleshooting format adopted across all responses. Admin panel launched at /admin with live user, subscription, revenue and AI-usage stats. Recently viewed faults on dashboard home. Smarter no-results suggestions in fault search. Loading skeletons across all dashboard routes.
833 fault records across 49 panel systems
The fault database now covers 833 verified fault records spanning 49 panel systems across all 17 supported manufacturers. Records include fault codes, symptoms, probable causes, ordered diagnostic steps and resolutions. Provisional entries are clearly labelled until engineering review is complete.
Annual billing — save 17%
Annual subscriptions are now available on both Professional (£119.90/yr) and Company (£499.90/yr) plans — the equivalent of roughly two months free versus monthly billing. Existing subscribers can switch to annual billing from Dashboard → Billing at any time.
Structured markdown responses
The AI assistant now renders structured markdown in all responses — numbered diagnostic steps, bold fault codes, inline code formatting for panel menu paths, and clearly separated sections for probable causes, diagnostics and resolutions. Responses are significantly easier to follow at the panel.
C-TEC, EMS, Nittan, Fike, Haes, Xtralis/VESDA and Zeta added
Seven manufacturers added to the fault database in a single release: C-TEC (FX-2000 and CFG range), EMS (Fireshield series), Nittan (Evolution), Fike (TwinflexPro 2), Haes (ES series), Xtralis/VESDA (VEA, VES, VEP, VEI), and Zeta (Algo-Tec 6000). AI assistant tuning updated for all seven.
Company plan — unlimited engineer seats
The Company plan (£49.99/mo) launched for fire alarm contractors and service companies. One subscription covers all engineers in the organisation — no per-seat pricing, no juggling individual accounts. Includes priority data updates and dedicated support.
AI troubleshooting assistant launched
The AI assistant went live in April 2026. Describe a fault in plain English — 'XP95 loop short circuit on zone 3, intermittent' — and get ranked probable causes, ordered diagnostic steps referenced to EN 54 and BS 5839-1, and suggested resolutions. Manufacturer and panel model can be specified for more precise results. Free tier includes 5 questions per day.
