Hub/RCC fault status: Aerial Tamper (also the front-plate Fault LED)
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates a remote aerial on the RCC or Radio Hub is not attached or is damaged (monitoring resistance of 47 kΩ not present). The manual separately notes the Radio Hub's front-plate yellow Fault LED illuminates constantly for this same aerial tamper condition.
Power supply unit: Battery Fail LED
The PSU's Battery Fail LED illuminates when the battery is disconnected.
Device fault status: Battery Fault
In the device Fault Status menu, this shows the device has either a low battery (minimum operational life 7-30 days remaining) or a battery missing.
Hub/RCC fault status: Battery Fault
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates either no battery present, a low battery, or a battery charger failure on an RCC.
Power supply unit: Battery Low LED
The PSU's Battery Low LED illuminates when the battery voltage is below 5.7 V.
Hub/RCC fault status: Checksum Error (also the System Fault LED)
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this message is displayed if an error is detected in either the software program or the configuration data. The manual separately notes the Radio Hub's front-plate yellow System Fault LED flashes for this same checksum-error condition.
Hub/RCC fault status: DEV Ch1 RFI Det
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates radio-frequency interference has been detected on radio channel 1 of the radio device-to-RCC communication path.
Hub/RCC fault status: DEV Ch2 RFI Det
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates radio-frequency interference has been detected on radio channel 2 of the radio device-to-RCC communication path.
Device fault status: Head Dirty
In the device Fault Status menu, this shows the detector's head is deemed dirty or contaminated.
Device fault status: Head Fault
In the device Fault Status menu, this indicates a detector's head has a fault, i.e. no communication between the head and the wireless base.
Device fault status: Head Missing
In the device Fault Status menu, this indicates the detector's head, sounder, strobe-only or sounder/strobe head is not currently fitted on the wireless base.
Device fault status: In Tamper
In the device Fault Status menu on the Radio Hub, this indicates the device's tamper switch is not currently making contact against the ceiling- or wall-mounted base plate.
Power supply unit: Mains / Charger Fail LED
The PSU's Mains / Charger Fail LED illuminates whilst the PSU cannot detect a valid mains supply, or when the battery is not charging.
Hub/RCC fault status: Mains Fault
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates there is no mains present on the Radio Cluster Communicator (RCC).
Hub/RCC fault status: No Signal/PSU
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates there has been no communication between the Radio Hub and an RCC for 300 seconds, or communication is being achieved but not at an acceptable level; it may also indicate total loss of power to the RCC.
Device fault status: No Sndr Audio
In the device Fault Status menu: the primary and secondary stage sounder tones can be monitored; if enabled and no audio is detected within 10 seconds of sounder activation, this fault is indicated.
Device fault status: Open Circuit (I/O unit input)
In the device Fault Status menu, this indicates an open-circuit wiring fault on the input of an Input/Output (I/O) unit.
Hub/RCC fault status: Processor Fail
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates the on-board processor on an RCC or the Radio Hub is in a failure condition.
Power supply unit: Fault LED
The PSU's Fault LED illuminates whilst any fault is present at the PSU.
Hub/RCC fault status: RCC Ch1 RFI Det
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates radio-frequency interference has been detected on radio channel 1 of the RCC network communication path.
Hub/RCC fault status: RCC Ch2 RFI Det
In the Hub/RCC Fault Status menu, this indicates radio-frequency interference has been detected on radio channel 2 of the RCC network communication path.

In the device Fault Status menu, this is shown for two reasons: there has been no communication between the device and its Radio Cluster Communicator (RCC) for 300 seconds, or the signalling path is poor and communication is being achieved but at an unacceptable level for reliable communication.
Device fault status: Unassigned
In the device Fault Status menu, this indicates the device is not yet assigned to the system. Assign it via the rotary control or the Assign Devices menu option.
