Pricing questions
Do I need to enter card details for the free trial?+
Yes. Stripe collects your card details when you start the 7-day trial of a paid plan, but nothing is charged for those 7 days. We email you 3 days before the trial ends as a reminder. If you don't cancel before then, the subscription starts automatically and your card is charged for the plan you chose.
What does the 7-day trial include?+
A 7-day trial of the Engineer plan gives the AI assistant (10 questions a day), fault record search (50 a day) and the battery calculator. A 7-day trial of the Pro Engineer plan also unlocks the zone chart designer and all calculators (unlimited use, 1 zone chart export) and the digital logbook (up to 5 entries). Report writer and PDF export, fault search history, resources library and forum posting, more logbook entries and more exports unlock when the paid subscription starts at the end of the trial.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does the Company plan work for teams?+
The Company plan gives you a central admin dashboard to manage your engineers. You choose a seat tier (5, 15 or 30), each engineer gets their own login, and the admin dashboard shows each engineer's assistant use and reports. Sites, reports and fault history stay with the engineer who created them; they are not yet shared across the team.
Is annual billing available?+
Annual billing is shown only when an active product and explicit price have been configured for your market. The checkout and billing portal are the source of truth for available billing periods.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or data: the account returns to the Free plan and your sites, logbook and reports stay. To have your data deleted, ask for account deletion as described in section 8 of the privacy notice.
