Correct. You can start the 7-day free trial of any paid plan with no payment details. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe. If you do nothing, you drop to the Free tier automatically.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How does the Company plan work for teams?+
The Company plan gives you a central admin dashboard to manage your engineers. You choose a seat tier (5, 15 or 30), each engineer gets their own login, and fault history, sites and reports are shared across the team.
Are there discounts for annual billing?+
Yes. The Engineer plan is £149/yr (saving ~17% vs monthly) and Pro Engineer is £299/yr (saving ~17%). Annual billing is available at checkout.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted in line with our data retention policy.
