Pricing questions

Do I need to enter card details for the free trial?+

Yes. Stripe collects your card details when you start the 7-day trial of a paid plan, but nothing is charged for those 7 days. We email you 3 days before the trial ends as a reminder. If you don't cancel before then, the subscription starts automatically and your card is charged for the plan you chose.

Can I switch plans at any time?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does the Company plan work for teams?+

The Company plan gives you a central admin dashboard to manage your engineers. You choose a seat tier (5, 15 or 30), each engineer gets their own login, and fault history, sites and reports are shared across the team.

Is annual billing available?+

Annual billing is shown only when an active product and explicit price have been configured for your market. The checkout and billing portal are the source of truth for available billing periods.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted in line with our data retention policy.
