Digital Fire Logbook

Weekly tests, monthly inspections, annual services — all logged digitally.

The Digital Fire Logbook replaces the paper logbook required under BS 5839-1 for fire alarm system maintenance records. Log weekly detector tests, monthly inspections, and annual service records — all timestamped, signed, and stored against the site.

The logbook supports structured maintenance records, timestamps and attributed engineer sign-off. It does not itself certify compliance; the responsible engineer must confirm the record against the current applicable standard and project requirements.

Coming in Phase 2 of the platform — early access subscribers will be notified when it launches.
