The site asset register records every panel, power supply, detector, sounder, battery and interface, with install dates and expected life. Replacement dates are calculated automatically, so ageing batteries and end-of-life equipment are flagged before they cause a callout โ not after.
Record status is derived from live records, never guessed. There is no separate spreadsheet to keep in sync: the moment an engineer updates a site, the customer's view reflects it.
