It cannot tell which devices are double addressed. To help find them, go to access level 2, choose the view devices option, view devices by loop, and check that all the expected devices are listed. If there is one double address fault and one device missing from the expected list, it is fairly certain that the missing one is the one addressed incorrectly. With more than two devices on one address, or more than one double address, use a process of elimination. If a heavily populated loop is disconnected the panel reports all devices disconnected; after reconnection it can be quicker to restart the panel with the Reset switch.Hochiki HFP AP-1AS/2AS • Fault events are non-latching (Reset does not clear them)HFP AP: fault events are non-latchingPer the user manual, the Reset button is used to reset any activation defined as a latching input type, which includes fire and pre-alarm events.
